Colorado Citizens for Life Reviews ‘The River Nile’

Book Review reprinted from Colorado Citizens for Life:

My husband & I both read the novel, The River Nile (by Kenny Blair).  We agreed the book was worth reading and a very touching story.

Maria / Dr Johanna put God first even when her own safety was threatened especially while working in Africa. The tunnel was a bit unrealistic even though it was used to make a point of saving babies! Julie was truly the catalyst that brought the story together.

We wondered why the setting for the story was Witchata, KS. Perhaps the reason was that it was the home of “Dr Tiller – the baby killer”!

We decided there could be a sequel to the story revealing what Julie did with her life and what happened with the relationship with her mother?! We were touched by Maria / Dr Johanna’s love & care for Father Abram.

The book reaffirmed our belief that LIFE is a special GIFT from God. He has a plan for each of us and we can make a difference in this world.

CELEBRATE LIFE!!
