In 1983, Nancy founded Mercy Ministries, a non-profit organization designed to change hearts and stop the destructive cycles of young women who face life-controlling issues. In addition to its U.S. facilities in Nashville, TN, St. Louis, MO, Monroe, LA, and Lincoln (Sacramento area), CA, Mercy Ministries has international locations in Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Canada, and Peru.
Endorsements for the Mercy For . . . series include:
I know all too well how the world places an overemphasis on what we see on the outside, and girls often resort to self-destructive patterns. I personally support the work of Mercy Ministries because I have seen firsthand the changed lives.

As a father of two girls in their late teens, I certainly know what girls face today. I have watched Nancy Alcorn and Mercy Ministries bring hope and healing to struggling young women for many years—young women who were completely without hope. The Mercy for . . . series reveals the Mercy Ministries difference and offers great inspiration, hope, and a way to true healing for all who want to be free.

I have personally known young women who have found healing through the principles in these books. This series is very timely in an age where little hope is given for young women struggling with these issues. Nancy Alcorn is not afraid to tell the truth and offer real hope through forgiveness and restoration. If you are desperate for hope or affected by a hopeless life, read through this series and find real answers.
